Welcome

The Center for Justice and Constitutional Litigation, at the Nevada Policy Research Institute, is a public-interest law organization that will litigate when necessary to protect the fundamental rights of individuals as set forth in the state and federal constitutions.

Because we live in an era when local, state, and federal governments frequently ignore the founding principles of our country and the constitutional limits that embody those principles, the Center will act when government pursues a course destructive of individual rights.

The Center recognizes that a lack of personal resources to fund legal action often deprives citizens of their ability to challenge unconstitutional laws and unlawful regulations. Face to face with an overreaching government armed with unlimited taxing powers, almost every citizen is indigent. Therefore, the Center has, as its primary purpose, the goal of representing individuals to enforce their constitutional rights:

Freedom of Speech, Assembly, Religion Gun Ownership
Property Rights Privacy
Limited Government Separation of Power
